Our summer program will run from June to August

Our Day:

We will have an academic review daily. This should be provided by each parent. You can buy a review book in Wal-mart, BJ’s or Sam's Club. Buy a review book according to what grade your child has completed. We will work for one hour each day. We will also have a half hour of reading time daily. We will play games, go to the library, have out door play and go to the playground.

Trips:

We will take weekly trips: bowling, movies, roller skating, mini golf. All trips are an extra fee. We will also need $ 2.00 for the dial a bus.(please make sure your child has two one dollar bills the day of trip).


Swimming:

We will also go to the town beach daily, weather permitting, so we ask that each child has a town beach pass. You can buy them in Warwick Town Hall or your child can pay the daily fee at the beach. Last year the beach pass fee was $25.00 for the season and the daily fee was $3.00.

Our Fees:

Weekly fee (Monday - Friday):
     $200.00 (child 1)
     $160.00 (child 2)

Daily fee
     $40.00 (child 1)
     $30.00 (child 2)

Half Day
     $30.00 (child 1)
     $20.00 (child 2)


Two sessions:

7:00am to 12:00pm & 12:00pm to 5:00pm
All paperwork must be in before your child can start the program…


Registration:

There is a non-refundable registration fee of $30.00 per family.  The summer program will run from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Friday.


Health Policies:

Your child cannot come to the program with a fever, head lice, ear ache, pink eye, etc. If your child does become ill, we will call you to come pick your child up. If we cannot reach the parents, we will call someone on your emergency list.

If your child gets seriously injured we will call parents first, then follow the Emergency Care Form.


Discipline Policy:

If your child has a behavior problem or is consistently disruptive, we will ask to meet with you so we can correct the problem. If the problem continues, we will go to our three strike policy. If your child is written up three times in one month they will be removed from the program for a day.
